Call Center – Customer Care – Office Service
With our “Service Telephone” product line, we offer our customers all the services of a modern call- and service center.
By now, our call center has almost 100 permanent and seasonal employees. We are operating across all branches. Every day we take thousands of calls for our satisfied customers. These range from Internet pharmacies to hotels, from online retailers to craftsmen.
At our location in 89081 Ulm, Germany we have rented over 600 square meters of office space. In addition to the telephones, all workstations have PCs with Internet access, which are integrated into a modern network and have access to a wide variety of servers. We have multiple redundantly secured Internet connections, telephone lines, server and telephone systems. In detail this means that we currently have 186 external physical and further virtual Voice-over-IP telephone lines and operate five telephone systems including failover in order to be able to offer our telephone service without interruption.
The Service Telephone division is primarily focused on the needs of small businesses. Here we offer support in communication with customers, by telephone or by email. You are also welcome to outsource any other business segment, e.g. invoicing, dispatch of goods etc. to us. You will find more information on this under Additional Services.
Our trained technical personnel, permanent quality management and superior technology enable us to optimally carry out a wide variety of processes.

Data protection and data security are important to us at OpenCall. All employees working in telephone service are bound by the Federal Data Protection Act and have signed a corresponding confidentiality agreement.
